State Office LAF Berlin

This office and administration building with a two-storey underground car park, which was originally used by a federal administrative authority, is located directly on the River Spree. As part of a change of use and refurbishment, the property was completely brought up to the latest technical standards and converted into small-scale rental areas.

A user for the entire building was found during the planning phase, so that IBB's fire protection planners reacted flexibly to the changes in plans and made a further change to the fire protection concept.

In addition to preparing the verifiable fire protection planning, IBB also carried out the implementation planning for the fire protection, fire protection site management, fire control matrix, evacuation concept, escape and rescue plans and fire department plans.
