Service Center Ludwigshafen
The former department store in the center of Ludwigshafen was extensively renovated and converted into a modern retail and service center.
During the extension work, our experts were commissioned to take over the fire protection management. The task was complicated by the fact that the interior work was already well advanced. As part of an intensive inventory and by obtaining all the necessary documents from the individual specialist companies carrying out the work, we were able to create a sufficient status to be able to take over the specialist construction management during the further construction process and issue the necessary certificates to the local authorities.
IBB was also commissioned to draw up the fire control matrix, fire department plans and escape and rescue plans.
