Griesheim high-rise residential building

An existing residential complex with underground parking in Griesheim was refurbished in the area of building technology. As fire protection issues also had to be addressed, the experts from IBB were consulted. This ensured comprehensive advice and construction supervision of the fire protection implementation.

The measures were divided into various sub-projects, which were implemented during ongoing operations. Façade, electrics, riser shafts, various changes of use and improvement of the escape routes - after completion, all issues were approved by the building inspectorate.

We were also responsible for updating the fire department plans and the approval process with the fire protection authority.

In the meantime, the building has been sold - and the new owners are so satisfied with our performance that they have already commissioned us for more than 10 further follow-up projects.
