Residential building with underground parking garage Wiesbaden Biebrich

Opposite Wiesbaden Palace Park, a residential complex consisting of two apartment buildings built on a shared underground parking garage was constructed between 2016 and 2018. IBB was responsible for the fire protection planning for this exciting construction project.

IBB was also responsible for the construction supervision and the final declaration of conformity of the fire protection to the building inspectorate. As a building of building class 4, the qualification as an authorized person for fire protection according to NBVO Hessen was required.
