Change of use of parts of a residential and commercial building into living space. The centrally located building was converted into living space by the client. The client has been working with the specialist fire protection planners at IBB Ingenieurgesellschaft für Bauen und Brandschutz mbH for several years, so we were also able to take on the fire protection planning for this property.
