Residential building Moritzstraße Wiesbaden

In a quiet backyard in Wiesbaden, a former bicycle store is being converted into apartments. The historic building fabric is to be preserved as far as possible.

IBB prepared the fire protection certificate, taking into account the existing building components and the neighboring buildings on three sides. Thanks to the clever arrangement of atriums, it was nevertheless possible to create light-flooded apartments.

We were also commissioned by the client to supervise the fire protection.
