Office tower k.26 Frankfurt

The k.26 directly on Kaiserstraße in Frankfurt is an office tower with a long tradition. Two underground parking levels and 20 upper floors also make the building a complex task in terms of fire protection.

We have been supervising various tenant fit-outs and revitalization measures here since 2015. In addition to the fire protection design and approval planning, we also prepare expert opinions, feasibility studies on various issues and take over the construction supervision of fire protection as well as updating escape and rescue plans, fire department plans and fire protection regulations.

The operator is also impressed by our work - we were quickly appointed as external fire protection officers for the building and are therefore also responsible for the operational and organizational fire protection of the building.
