Multi family house in Bad Soden

An apartment building with 6 residential units and a double car parking facility was built in a long, narrow gap between buildings in Bad Soden. The building project was complex in terms of fire protection, not because of its size, but because of the longitudinal extension to the neighboring buildings.

For this reason, IBB's fire protection planning was not only involved in the approval planning for the preparation of the fire protection certificate, but also heavily involved in the implementation planning.

After detailed construction supervision, IBB also confirmed the conformity of the fire protection to the building inspectorate.
