Logistics building CZS Mainz

The change of use in a section of an existing logistics and warehouse building required a building application, and IBB's specialist planners were commissioned to carry out the necessary fire protection planning. With various applications for deviations and clever compensation measures, the construction costs were kept low.

Following approval, we were able to take over the construction supervision of the fire protection as well as the updating of the fire department plans and the escape and rescue plans.
