Change of use in an existing warehouse building:

The client planned spacious areas in an existing logistics building for a new tenant. The integration of the tenant planning into the existing fire protection planning was exciting here, as fire walls and partition walls had to be moved and the escape route system had to be adapted.

The IBB team drew up the fire protection concept for the planning and took over the construction supervision.
