Fire protection deficiencies were identified in an existing high-rise residential building as part of a special building inspection and a fire protection concept had to be drawn up with a description of the renovation measures. Schell consulted the experts at IBB. This ensured rapid processing of the fire protection planning and construction supervision of the fire protection implementation.

We were also responsible for updating the fire department plans and the approval process with the fire protection authority.
