Fire protection concept for residential building with daycare center in Darmstadt

In the south of Darmstadt, a completely new district is being created with the Lincoln Siedlung. The district is characterized by low vehicle traffic and modern living space.

In cooperation with the engineering office Kleinhofen + Schulenberg, we were able to take over the fire protection concept, the construction supervision and the creation of the escape and rescue plans for the Bauverein Darmstadt.

The fire protection concept for the day-care center in Darmstadt was created taking into account the HE-Kita and provides for escape routes from every common room to the outside.

In addition, the construction of a community center with an event hall had to be taken into account in the planning.

The building was completed in February 2023.
