Residence Darmstadt

This residential home for people with disabilities was built in the center of the Heimstättensiedlung housing estate in Darmstadt. The care concept provides for open residential groups for people in need of care.

The fire protection planning prepared by IBB takes into account a corresponding rescue and evacuation concept with the necessary safe areas on each floor.

The fire protection planning for the granting of the building permit was followed by the implementation planning and construction supervision of the fire protection details, which was also carried out by IBB's fire protection engineers. Before completion, the escape and rescue plans were drawn up and submitted so that nothing stood in the way of the building being put into operation.
