New construction of a daycare center in Bensheim: The modern building was built in timber construction and serves as a care, learning and play space for several groups of children of kindergarten age.

Not only the architecture is modern, but also the room concept. Instead of sterile corridors, the daycare center has play corridors on both floors. The escape routes from all areas lead directly outside.

IBB was responsible for the fire protection planning and construction supervision for the building project and drew up the escape and rescue plans after completion.
