Neu-Isenburg administration building

Several tenant fit-outs in an existing office and administration building required significant redesigns in terms of fire protection. The original cellular offices and necessary corridors were no longer up to date, so we submitted a fire protection concept for the division into open-plan offices for approval.

After the building permit was granted very quickly, we were able to supervise the implementation planning and construction supervision of the fire protection.

Before commissioning, IBB revised the escape and rescue plans as well as the fire department plans.
