Neu-Isenburg administration building 2

The owners of an existing administrative building in Neu-Isenburg commissioned IBB's fire protection planners to carry out fire protection planning as part of tenant fit-outs. An important planning objective was to develop an open and sustainable room concept from the existing approved rigid layouts with necessary corridors. The associated fire protection issues were quickly resolved and planning permission was obtained at short notice.

A second project involved considerable cost savings: the existing extinguishing water system had to be replaced. In order to dispense with a double pump system and the associated emergency power supply system, IBB developed a solution with an external extinguishing water supply. Planning permission was also quickly granted for this.

Construction supervision and acceptance for both projects was also carried out by IBB.
