Administration building Hasenheide Berlin

In an existing office building with approx. 30,000 m³ used by a public administration, various fire protection deficiencies were found in the ventilation systems and installation shafts. Not only the building area is remarkable, but also its height: as the building is higher than 22 m, it is considered a high-rise building under building law.

IBB took on the entire project coordination for the remediation of the fire protection deficiencies: inventory of the deficiencies, implementation planning, tendering and close monitoring of the construction work. IBB also coordinated the construction process with the user.

The construction work was also carried out at weekends and at night, so that the construction phase could be shortened by 25%.
